Which platforms does HKN manage?
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and YouTube. We discuss which of these platforms make sense for your target audience.
Can I book short videos individually?
Yes. Short videos can also be commissioned without ongoing management, for example for a campaign or a specific topic.
Who handles on-site filming?
Many short videos are made from graphics, screen recordings and voice-over. We agree on whether on-site filming is needed, and to what extent, on a project-by-project basis.
Who approves the content?
You do. We only publish content that you have approved beforehand.
How often is content published?
The frequency depends on your goals, the chosen channels and the agreed scope. We discuss the scope and terms with you, based on your requirements – in a free initial consultation.
Are comments and messages included?
This is not automatically part of the service. Whether and how we respond to comments, we decide together in advance.
Can you guarantee reach or followers?
No. Reach depends on the platform, the topic and other factors that nobody can control. We create the agreed content carefully and analyse the available data transparently.
