From website builder to a fast, bilingual practice website
Merita Kukaj is a psychologist (B.Sc.) with an M.Sc. in family therapy in Stuttgart and counsels in German and Albanian – in person at the practice or online.

Task
The previous website-builder site was to be replaced by a fast, clearly structured presence that immediately shows the location, the person and how to book an initial consultation – bilingual and suited to a sensitive subject.
Implementation
A new WordPress website with German and Albanian versions, clear navigation, a dedicated MPU section with sub-pages, an “initial consultation” button and several ways to get in touch: phone, email, WhatsApp and form.
Outcome
Bilingual presentation, clear navigation and easy-to-spot contact options – plus clearly better measured loading performance.

Measured on 12 October 2026 with Google PageSpeed Insights in mobile mode, previous website (website builder) versus new WordPress website. At a glance
Loading performance measured with Google PageSpeed Insights (mobile) on 12 October 2026: the previous website-builder site as the mean of two measurements, the new website as the median of three. Worth noting: the new site runs on WordPress including theme and plugins, so it loads considerably more than a lean static website.
